Steps to create a manual connection on your HP printer:
Print a Wireless Configuration Report or Wireless Test Report from your printer.
On your computer or device, open a web browser and enter the IP address listed on the wireless report to open the Embedded Web Server.
Click the section or page for your network type from the left pane.
Click your IP configuration, then Manual IP, then Suggest a Manual IP Address, then Apply.
