Steps for creating watermarks when printing on HP LaserJet printers:
Open the document or photo you want to print.
Click File.
Click Print.
Click the Printer drop-down menu.
Select your printer from the list.
Click Properties, Preferences, or Printer Properties.
Click the Effects tab.
Select a watermark.
Click Edit.
Click New.
Click Add.
Click OK.
Click OK.
Click Print.
